Social Skills
A Way to Learn's unique social skills sessions include an intensive and therapeutic approach to teaching social skills with a direct instruction model. Each student meets with a social skills instructor for a highly effective social skills experience.
Our goal is for each student to to prepare themselves for a social skills group experience and daily living situations.
These one hour sessions can be held one to three times per week to support social-emotional challenges your child faces in school, at home, and during social situations. Each social skills session is designed to meet the unique needs of your child.
“We have seen such positive change in our daughter’s ability to communicate and relate to both her peers and adults as a result of her time at A Way to Learn. I highly recommend any parents of children with communication challenges to try A Way to Learn.”
